Blocked sinks and waste pipe help in Kingston
A sink that drains slowly and several fittings backing up in a Kingston-area property can point to different problems. Tell us which fittings are affected, how long the issue has continued and whether it has happened before. We will check the likely scope before arranging a visit.
Describe the blockage
Let us know whether the problem affects one sink, a toilet or several waste outlets. Mention any recent work and any products already used, without handling or mixing chemicals. This information helps us prepare for an assessment.
Internal waste pipes and wider drainage
A local waste blockage may differ from an external or shared drainage issue. Access, ownership and specialist equipment requirements need to be established first. CCTV surveys, jetting and public sewer work are not included automatically; we will confirm whether the required work is something we can provide.
What the quotation needs to cover
The location and accessibility of the blockage, the investigation required and any damaged components affect the work. Explain whether a previous clearance helped temporarily. We will discuss the proposed next step rather than promising that every blockage can be cleared during a single visit.
Request help
Provide your postcode, contact details and the affected fittings. Optional photographs can help show access. We confirm service coverage and appointment availability directly.
Common questions about blocked sinks and waste pipes
Does one slow sink mean the same thing as several blocked fittings?
No. One affected waste may indicate a local restriction, while several backing-up fittings can point to a wider shared or external drainage problem.
Should I use drain chemicals before the visit?
Avoid mixing or adding more chemicals. Tell Fixright which products have already been used so the job can be assessed safely.
Do you provide CCTV surveys or drain jetting?
These specialist services are not included automatically. Fixright will confirm whether the work is within scope or needs a specialist drainage provider.
